The COVID-19 pandemic provided us the opportunity to learn new ways to excel in our work. Starting in March 2020, our campus workforce adapted, innovated, persevered, and learned. With your help, UC Berkeley’s Future of Work Committee will better understand what you, our workforce, wants and needs when we return to the workplace. Your feedback will help all of us create best practices in building community, equity & inclusion, collaboration, communication, and work efficiencies in a post-covid environment. We’re here to get you back to campus buildings, whether it’s daily, occasionally or fully remotely, in a safe and efficient manner. This committee seeks to deliver guidance that campus leaders, managers, and supervisors may choose to implement once we are able to safely return to campus.
